1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LeadShield you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. The service
LeadShield provides AI call answering, call screening and forwarding, lead verification, messaging and related tools. Features may change as we improve the platform.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, have the right to use the phone numbers and messaging accounts you connect, obtain any consent required to call or message leads, and comply with telemarketing, privacy and messaging rules in your country.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use LeadShield for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal content, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that put callers, other customers or the platform at risk.
5. Plans and payment
The Free plan charges only for AI credits used. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Third-party calling and messaging charges from your providers are your responsibility.
6. AI output
AI replies and screening decisions are automated and may occasionally be wrong. Review important leads and keep your Knowledge Base accurate. The AI is instructed not to invent business information.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for lost profits or missed leads.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
